What is the return policy?
At Hipuroga, we take great pride in the quality of our custom-branded fitness gear. Because our products are personalized specifically for your brand, our return policy differs from standard retail.
All products customized with your logo, specific colors, or unique designs are considered Final Sale. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or style preference after production.
- Errors in the logo/artwork provided by the customer.
- Incorrect sizing ordered (please refer to our Size Guide before confirming).
- Slight color variations due to different monitor settings.
How long does the customization process take?
Our standard production lead time is typically 5 to 7 business days once the final design mockup is approved.
What is the estimated shipping time to the United States?
Once your order is produced and dispatched, standard shipping to the USA typically takes 7-14 business days. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments so you can monitor your brand's gear every step of the way.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering a sample to test the fit, fabric, and branding quality. Please contact us for sample pricing and shipping details. (Sample costs can be credited back to your bulk order.)
